The GYROKINESIS® method can be adapted to fit anyone's ability in any location. People from all walks of life including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens, and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability take GYROKINESIS® classes. By the end of a GYROKINESIS® session, one's entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Focus on the breath stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, wellbeing and mental clarity. You will explore areas of previously unrealized restriction creating fresh awareness and new movement pathways.

Because so many nerve endings are in our feet when you focus on awakening your feet you will directly nourish those very same nerve originations in your brain and all other organs. Using the specifically designed Yamuna Foot Wakers and Savers will improve gait, alignment, and muscle tone, stimulate reflexology points, strengthen arches, increase range of motion, and stimulate and elongate the muscles of the calves, thighs, hips, and lower back. You can rehabilitate foot problems and literally work your body all the way to your head.
