His combination of yoga philosophies and techniques are designed to stimulate you from the very center of your bones via efficiently aligning joints combined with buoyant breathing patterns.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of physical/mental conditioning involving low- impact, frequently horizontal, exercises which simultaneously align joints and efficiently ignite tissue fibers of the torso creating deep support, corrective balance, and elan. Joseph Pilates developed specialized equipment to help his practitioners to reach physical autonomy and whole body health. Sunshine and fresh air are integral ingredient to the methodology so every chance is taken to bring the outdoors in and, weather permitting, partaking in nature.

Yamuna Body Rolling 

Yamuna’s Body Rolling Technique teaches you how to effectively and sustainably work every part of your body by using specifically designed inflatable balls. By directly stimulating Bones through the many layers of your physique Yamuna Body Rolling targets and alleviates areas of overuse and under development. The exercises nourish both hard and soft as well as deep and superficial tissues alike, returning proper function to areas of pain and neglect. Organs are encouraged to function optimally when given the proper space within our bony structures.
